Smart Settings With Rest Indicator

Probe is linked with LCD settings so you can select the doneness you want and the product will tell you when your food is at the correct temperature. whether you are resting your meat or not.

Temperature Probe

An integrated probe measures the precise temperature of your meat and electronically feeds back information to the LCD and indicates when it is time to take off to rest. Five meat settings have programmed temperatures from rare to well done.
